Try. Learn. Tweak. Repeat.

Failure is not necessarily the antonym of success. Perhaps, instead, we should think of failure as synonymous with iteration.

What began with a tweet back in October came to a conclusion on Monday evening. We hosted a special event at Innovation Works to wrap up the Awesome Failure project. It was an evening to share some of the big lessons of the project with a broader community. On the podcast this week: the audio from Monday’s event. Michelle Baldwin, Executive Director of the Pillar Nonprofit Network, shares some of her experiences of learning from failure in the process of launching Innovation Works. In addition, I share some of the ‘aggregate trends’ from the Awesome Failure podcast series, in a brief talk entitled ‘Try. Learn. Tweak. Repeat.’
