Network Mindset

In the Four Network Principles for Collaboration Success, Jane Wei-Skillern and Nora Silver write: “The norm of humility must replace self promotion. The quest for the organizational success must be relinquished for the real potential of solving problems.” They outline the a ‘Network Mindset Shift’ with the following table:1
