On Wednesday, May 27, 2020, I met with Mojdeh Cox, Scott Hill, Paul Nesbitt-Larking, Heenal Rajani, and Susan Toth to discuss leadership and uncertainty. We talked about leadership and the human need for predictability, implications of social class and privilege, and some limitations of describing uncertainty as “opportunity”. This is the second part in a series of conversations exploring adaptivity and resilience in the face of the unknown.

Paul Nesbitt-Larking (@Dr_PNL) is a Professor of Political Science at Huron University College. He is interested in how people make sense of their political lives and how they develop their political identities.
Heenal Rajani (@HeenalR) is a dad, step-dad and poet, a resident of London and the world, and co-founder of Reimagine Co. He believes in the power of humans to co-create the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.
